As of April 1, 2023, our commission fees will change to $450 for Cook and $500 for all other counties. Our cancellation fee will remain at $200.
Judicial Sales UpdatePosted March 23, 2022
All foreclosure moratoria have been lifted and The Judicial Sales Corporation is proceeding with live auctions. Cook County auctions are held at One South Wacker, 1st Floor Suite 35R, Chicago. Properties located in other counties are held in the county that the property is located. Increase in Cancellation Fees
We are increasing our cancellation fees from $150.00 to $200.00 effective March 1, 2018. There will be no cancellation fee if cancelled more than 60 days prior to sale. Our sale commission fees will not change. They will remain at $350.00 for Cook County files and $400.00 for all other counties.
Photo Identification Required
You will need a photo identification issued by a government agency (driver's license, passport, etc.) in order to gain entry into the foreclosure sale room in Cook County and the same identification for sales held at other county venues.
Register Certified Funds
Effective immediately, all bidders bidding at The Judicial Sales Corporation must register their certified funds in the name of The Judicial Sales Corporation.
Bidders who bid on behalf of more than one buyer should register each bidder separately by providing the bidders name, address and phone number and the amount of the certified funds associated to that bidder.
Each named bidder will have a separate bid paddle.
Opening Bid Posting
Effective immediately we will be posting opening bids for daily 2:30 sales as they are provided to us.
Cook County Afternoon Sale Time
All afternoon sales in Cook County will be held at 2:30 PM Monday thru Friday.
