The Judicial Sales Corporation (TJSC), founded in 1993 and managed by President and CEO Wendy Morales, is a subsidiary of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG), a title insurance underwriter now known as Advocus National Title Insurance Company.
TJSC has conducted foreclosure sales for more than 350 different law firms throughout the State of Illinois and firms in neighboring States that do business in Illinois.
Today TJSC has more than 80% of the foreclosure sale market in Cook County and in Counties where a private selling officer can be appointed.

Deeds
Once the foreclosure sale is approved by the Court, the Plaintiff’s Attorney can order the Judicial Sales Deed by forwarding the stamped order to our Deed team at [email protected]
Third party buyers should send their certificate of sale back to TJSC along with a certified copy of the order approving sale to [email protected]
