The Judicial Sales Corporation (TJSC), founded in 1991 and managed by President and CEO Wendy Morales, is a subsidiary of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG).
TJSC has conducted foreclosure sales for more than 350 different law firms throughout the State of Illinois and firms in neighboring States that do business in Illinois.
Today TJSC has more than 80% of the foreclosure sale market in Cook County and in Counties where a private selling officer can be appointed.

Wendy Morales
President and Chief Executive Officer
Wendy Morales has persisted to become the current President and CEO for The Judicial Sales Corporation. With 23 years of experience as Office Manager and right hand to her predecessors, she has utilized her expertise within the mortgage foreclosure sales business to achieve her current position. The Judicial Sales Corporation has played a significant role in developing the social, leadership and management abilities that allowed her to be recognized as a key player within the corporation’s operations. She holds an in-depth understanding of the multifaceted groundwork required to continue The Judicial Sales legacy and will be a staple for the future to come.
August R. Butera
Senior Vice President
August Butera (Augie) is Senior Vice President of The Judicial Sales Corporation and a past President of the Illinois Land Title Association.
Augie also serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel to TJSCs' parent company Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG). Augie oversees the ATG Legal Department, Escrow Department, and title insurance claims and litigation.
Mr. Butera has been part of the ATG legal staff since 1986 and has considerable background in title searching and closing problems. His experience includes eight years as an employee at the Cook County Recorder of Deeds.
Augie holds a B.S (1982) and J.D. (1985) from DePaul University, Chicago.

Deeds
Once the foreclosure sale is approved by the Court, the Plaintiff’s Attorney can order the Judicial Sales Deed by forwarding the stamped order to our Deed team at JSC_Deeds@atgf.com
Third party buyers should send their certificate of sale back to TJSC along with a certified copy of the order approving sale to JSC_Deeds@atgf.com
